After YVANOVA CA SUP Court held you now have "standing" to challenge a fraudulent assignment.

“Debt collectors” are subject to the entire FDCPA which prohibits them from using deceptive means to collect a debt [807(10)] or falsely represent the legal status of the debt [807(2)a].

A VOID assignment puts the debt collector into the position of violating the FDCPA and US Mail Fraud Statutes by using deceptive means to collect. Recording a document AFTER a void assignment or TILA Rescission letter violates the FDCPA by falsely representing the legal status of the debt, and the recording is a FELONY since the document is false/void.

With the DOJ finally holding corporate INDIVIDUALS personally accountable for their crimes, then recording any document after a VOID assignment or a TILA Rescission letter makes that recorded document false/void and each and every one of the individuals involved can and should be personally charged with a felony.

File your CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE LOCAL DA and send a copy to DOJ as this is a STATEWIDE and NATIONAL racketeering enterprise defined as "2 or more victims being defrauding in similar manner".

You have ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY under Civil Code 47(b) (silberg case) if they sue on making the criminal complaint file an anti-SLAPP motion under CCP 425.16.
