New Report Teaches Families How To Stop Foreclosure

digitaljournal.com | August 15, 2014

People who are interested in learning how to stop foreclosure may be interested in Free Your Mind Online’s brand new report, “Stop House Repossession.” This report reveals several methods that people can use to fight foreclosure and stay in their home. Free Your Mind Online founder Matt Mason believes that for too long people have been in the dark on the programs and options available to assist individuals and families in saving their home. Matt believes that because families go into the process with no idea of their options, many of them unfortunately end up losing their home when they don’t have to. He believes that his report will change things. The report can be viewed here.

Recent foreclosure statistics suggest that foreclosures in America are falling. The RealtyTrac real estate market data analysis firm recently released its Midyear 2014 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report. The report also includes new foreclosure activity data from June 2014, which was the lowest since the housing bubble burst in August 2006 in 10 states, including Nevada, Arizona, Tennessee, Colorado, Georgia and Texas.

However, even thought the report showed an overall downward trend in foreclosures, 9 states including New Jersey, Maryland, Iowa, Massachusetts and Connecticut showed increased foreclosure activity from a year ago.

This year, the United States is still on pace to have well over a half a million homes enter the foreclosure process. And it is also on pace to reach close to 350,000 home repossessions. That is almost 1,000 houses being repossessed every single day. So there are still many Americans that need immediate help with foreclosure.

According to Matt, this report will help to open the curtains on the mortgage industry and give regular people in depth insights they probably won’t find elsewhere. This report reveals three basic strategies: Negotiate, Fight or Flight. The essence is that individuals or families have the option to use a variety of methods to fight and stay in their homes, or they can arrange to leave (have the house transferred or sold) without repossession by the bank.

The goal of this report is to empower everyday citizens by letting them know all of the options that are available to them, and also where they can seek assistance to stop the repossession of their home. For more info, view the report here.
