(1) Securitization Audit Report
This product is designed to Highlight all parties in interest, in the Securitization Chain. Forensic Loan Audit

This product will highlight Material Defects in the Origination of a Residential Mortgage Loan. Forensic Loan Audit is designed to uncover Statutory Damages including: TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, ECOA violations which carry a damages claim of $1,000.00 per violation plus Attorney’s Fees. The report will also uncover Gross Overcharge in Origination and Discount points as well as Excessive "Junk Fees" and Loan Officer Compensation.
